It emphasizes nutrient-dense, minimally processed foods, mindful eating habits, and the role of digestion, sleep, stress management and toxin exposure in overall wellbeing. Assessment and recommendations are individualized, drawing on current evidence about nutrients, food patterns and metabolic needs, while integrating complementary strategies like herbal support, targeted supplementation, and practical behaviour changes to support long-term health.
I specialize in skin health, using holistic nutrition to address the underlying drivers of conditions such as acne, rosacea, eczema and premature ageing. Skin concerns often reflect internal imbalances — for example, inflammation, gut dysbiosis, hormonal fluctuations, or nutrient deficiencies — so I focus on personalized dietary plans, anti-inflammatory food choices, gut-supportive strategies and lifestyle adjustments that promote skin resilience and clarity. My work involves assessing triggers, improving nutrient status, stabilizing blood sugar, supporting a healthy microbiome, and addressing stress and sleep factors that influence skin.
Beyond skin, I have a strong passion for helping people reach other health goals, particularly inflammation and pain reduction. Chronic inflammation often underlies both skin conditions and musculoskeletal pain, so many of the same principles apply: optimize anti-inflammatory foods (omega-3s, colourful phytonutrients, fiber), reduce pro-inflammatory exposures (ultra-processed foods, excess sugar, trans fats), and support metabolic and gut health. I also use strategies such as personalized elimination or rotation diets, targeted supplementation, hydration and movement recommendations, and practical stress-management techniques to reduce pain and improve function.
