Jaymee Whitfield R.H.N

My name is Jaymee Whitfield, and I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, the largest leading holistic nutrition school in Canada. I have opened my practice in Dundas, Ontario. For years I lived with severe hand eczema — the itching, cracking and unpredictable flares affected my work, my confidence and my daily life. After trying countless topical treatments that only offered temporary relief, I began exploring how food, lifestyle and gentle, evidence-informed supplements could support the skin from the inside out. Those changes didn’t just reduce symptoms; they restored my sense of agency and healed parts of my life that felt out of reach.

I’ve built my practice around the belief that skin symptoms are rarely isolated. Eczema, dryness, acne and rosacea often reflect a combination of dietary triggers, digestion, stress, sleep, environmental exposures and nutrient imbalances. My approach is whole-person: I investigate root causes, not just manage surface symptoms. I use food-focused plans, individualized nutrient support, practical tools for stress resilience and sustainable lifestyle adjustments that fit real life.

Compassion matters here. I understand the physical discomfort and emotional toll that visible skin conditions bring. In my practice you’ll find a safe, judgement-free space to explore what’s behind your skin concerns and build a realistic plan that honours your needs, schedule and values. Whether you’re managing chronic eczema, persistent breakouts or a flare after years of remission, I’m here to listen, educate and partner with you on a path toward clearer, healthier skin and renewed confidence.
