A thorough assessment of your health history will be taken as well as a symptoms assessment to uncover body system disfunctions that are contributing to your main health concern.
You will receive an analysis of the assessment, along with a personalized nutritional plan designed to start you on the right path to better health, including a custom meal plan, supplement suggestions and lifestyle recommendations.

At a follow up appointment we will access progress and tweak the plan if needed. If progress allows, we will add additional recommendations to the current plan.
